Working Features
Exit A Room
All you do is press star zero to get out of the room. It will take you back to the main menu where you can
choose another room to go into.
Private Feature
Use this to go one on one, and talk to whoever you want about whatever you want. The way this works is simple. When you are
in a room you ask someone for the last 2 digits of their phone number. You then enter theirs and they enter yours. For example if my last
2 digits in my phone number are 57 and theirs is 48. I simply push 48 from in the room and once they push 57 we are taken private. It is safe and easy to use, and
you will never have to worry about forgetting your private code as it is always the same. To leave private you just push pound pound and you will be taken back to the room you came from.
If for whatever reason this doesn't work just hang up and call right back in. It just means the system isn't recognizing your phone number but it usually works without a problem.
Create Your Very Own Private Room
The ability to create your very own private room which you can share with your friends is great. Unlike other chat services
we offer over 11,000 rooms to choose from. What this means is, you will always be able to create a private room on our system. I know on other chat services
I have called in the past, if to many people are using private rooms you cannot create one until one is free to use. That will never happen here. Everyone is always guaranteed the ability to
create their own private room no matter how busy it is. To do this you press in any 2, 3, or 4 digit code followed by the pound key from the main menu. So if you are in a room and a few of you want to go to a private room
you would just say to them "hey lets go to room 4327." You would all then hit star zero to go back to the main menu and then push 4327 pound. However if you are trying to get away from someone you should take the
people you want to know the room number private first and give it to them. That way only those you want knowing the room number will know it.
Muting Feature
You can mute or unmute yourself if you think you might have too much background noise, or if you just
don't want anyone to hear you, or know that you're there. You'll never have to worry about whether your phone has a mute button on it ever again.
To use this you just push star 1 from in the room. When you want to be heard again you just push star 1 again. It will say muted or unmuted when you do it.
That way you will always know if you are muted or not.
Volume Control
If you have a hard time hearing, turn up your volume, or if things are to loud turn it down. You don't have to worry about switching
settings on your telephone and then having to switch them back when you hang up. You can do it right on the partyline. Just press star 2 to turn it up, or star 3 to turn it down.
Number Of Callers In The Room
Check how many callers are in the room. Just press star pound if you are curious to know how many listeners are in the room.
List Of Commands
Now remember you can always push star star from in the room for a list of all the features and how to use them if you ever forget.
