To exit a room press star zero. You will then be taken back out to the main menu where you can choose another room.

Private Feature

To go private with another caller all you need to do is exchange the last 2 digits of each other's phone number. You enter their last 2, and they enter your last 2. So if my last 2 digits are 23 and yours are 33. I would then press 33 from in the room, and you would press 23. It is that simple. This feature is safe, easy to use, and you will never have to worry about forgetting your private code, unless of course you change your phone number. To exit a private connection press pound pound. You will then end up back in the original room you were in. If for some reason this feature does not work for you, just hang up and call right back in. What this means is that the system did not recognize your telephone number but it usually works the first time without a problem.

Create Your Very Own Private Room

The ability to create your very own private room that you can share with your friends is great. Unlike other chat systems, we offer over 11,000 rooms to choose from. What this means is that you will always be able to create a private room on this system. I know on other chat systems that I have used in the past, if too many people were using private rooms, I could not create one until one freed up. That will never happen on this system. Everyone is always guaranteed the ability to create their own private room no matter how busy it is. To create a private room, just enter any 3 or 4 digit code followed by the pound key. This has to be done from the main menu. So if you are in a room and a few of you want to go to a private room. You would just say to them "hey lets go to room 4327." Everyone would then press star zero to go back to the main menu, and enter 4327 pound. If you are trying to get away from someone, you should take the people you want to know the private room number private first, and give it to them there. That way only those that you want to know the room number will know it.

Muting Feature

This feature allows you to mute or unmute yourself. If you are worried that you have too much background noise, or you just feel like muting yourself for any reason, press star 1. You will never have to worry about whether or not your phone has a mute button on it ever again. When you want other callers to hear you again just press star 1 again. The system will say muted or unmuted when you do this. That way you will always be able to tell when you are muted.

Volume Control

If you are having a hard time hearing, turn up your volume. If things are too loud, turn down your volume. You do not have to worry about changing the settings on your telephone, and then trying to change them back once you hang up. You can do this right on the system. Just press star 2 to increase volume, or star 3 to decrease volume while in a room.

Skip Through Rooms

Star 6, and Star 7 allow you to move back and forward through the rooms. Star 7 goes forward, and Star 6 goes back. If you use this feature it will only take you into a room that has callers in it, and skips past all the empty, and full rooms. You will never have to worry about entering an empty room ever again or missing any of the action since you will be able to skip through rooms with amazing speed that has never been seen before on a party line.
